MAGIC® PRODUCTS, INC. AEROBAIT GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER OPTIONS: E-mail your name, address and phone number to sales@magicproducts.com or write on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted) your name, address, and telephone number to Magic Products P.O. Box 38 Amherst Junction, WI 54407. Place an order by phone, fax or mail. One entry per household. Entries must be received by September 1, 2007. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Promotion ends September 30, 2007.

2. PRIZES AND APPROX. RETAIL VALUES: One Model #2101 Aerobait Bait Saver will be given away per month from April 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007. Entries remain eligible until a prize is won or contest ends. A total of six Aerobait Bait Savers with an approximate total retail value of $220 will be given away.

3. Magic® Products, Inc. makes no additional warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes, including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties for prizes or any portions thereof, are contained in the manufacturers' or service providers' warranties, as relevant.

 4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected monthly in a random drawing on or about the end of each month from April 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Illegible and incomplete entries will be disqualified. Drawing will be conducted by Magic Products, Inc. employees. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Winners will be notified by mail/e-mail and/or telephone. Limit one prize per person.

5. GENERAL RULES: Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by Magic Products, Inc. who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Magic Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to residents of the continental United States , 18 years of age or older as of April 30, 2007 . Employees and their immediate families of Magic Products, Inc. and its advertising agency are not eligible to enter or win. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the names of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by December 31, 2007 to: Magic Products, Inc., P.O. Box 38, Amherst Junction, WI 54407.
